So just joined EE - paym, with 3 sim deal for the family.  Account holder has set up their account, when the 2nd and 3rd users run setup and try to use app or web login, keeps stating:-

no plan

link account

when you try to link account, states account is already linked!

unable to check plan, data usage, only allows profile view of name and number😡

Any help, or ideas what to do to resolve this!  Not the greatest of starts😫

Thanks for coming here. 

Are they selecting to be users or bill payers when setting up My EE?

Yes, when you select user, it still asks to add your plan, but then says there is a problem as the account is linked to another account

Thank Leanne_T, I have done that, spent an hour yesterday on the phone to EE, only to find out that the EE SYSTEM and customer App , is currently unable to process new customers, the system cannot take new number so, no fix!  Going to have to suffer until the update is rolled out, 🙈.  Thanks for your help and direction 👍🏼
