Thanks for coming here. 

What happens when you log into your My EE account?

Hiya When i want to log in i can get to my account but i cant see any information any action i want to select i will see its saying something is wrong try later onFor example i cant see my bill or anything else and its saying its look like im not account holder

Hi @Ramin1,

It sounds like you have registered as the user of the phone, rather than the bill payer.

To change this, please log in to My EE online and select Plans and subscriptions > Manage numbers.
