Hi

The new app has downloaded on my phone today and does not show my itemised usage anymore.  This showed on the old version of the app yesterday.  Can someone please explain why?

I clicked on the red i and that gave me the error message. However I have read the reviews this morning on the App Store and several others have also complained that they cannot see their daily usage.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can look into this further for you.

Already tried that. The app needs updating. Everyone is having the same problem.
