@Doreen143 , are you using the new app, have you just installed it? You will have to login,as it is a new app. This has happened to me.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

So I can't log into my EEapp, telling me to click here. So I checked it and I'm getting back 404 not found.

I can only log into my EE app by email from community page

Yes on the the app now, thing is I'm very cautious because of being
Scammed. I changed over to EE sim only for now because I'm still paying £60
a month on my contract mobile from the other company.
Can I just say I'm really concerned I'm getting up too 10 to 15 calls a
day, my mobile blocks them, I'm disabled and it's getting to I can't
answer my mobile. I'm under Guys hospital and I'm missing calls ,because
I'm scared to answer a number my mobile don't know. I'm google every number
I don't recognise.

@Doreen143 , You do need to be careful also what you click on etc. Just wondering whether that is something you have done in the past. What I can say is, when someone rings your phone and you answer it, if the person requires anything such as personal details, never give them out, if it is supposed to be a bank etc., best hang up and ring them yourself if concerned, same with EE, as honest companies do not ask for band details, passwords, etc.

I am surprised you are getting that many calls, the trouble is with blocking them, they could be genuine, so be careful and scammers will always use a different number, so once you block one, they may use another one.

Thinking of leaving EE, I've really had enough,I was scammed. I don't open,
answer anything

@Doreen143 , Not sure this would make any difference. What I would suggest is ringing customer service to get a new number, as by just changing to another network, this would still continue, as you port your number and it could still continue. I very rarely get this, so somehow, someone must have it to scam you, it may be you, without knowing replied to something, you also need to make sure that you keep your phone updated, as updates always have the latest security. Apple just did this and wanted to make sure that Apple users have the latest updates for that reason.

I am only trying to help, but leaving EE may not stop scammers, but changing mobile number and making sure that you have everything password protected and two factor authentication also helps.
