I have several different mobile accounts in myEE, one for each phone. How do I delete an account which is no longer valid. If I click on the account it asks me to enter a number, but of course I cannot do that as it has now been allocated a different number after a sIm change.

Are these a/c's on contract or PAYG?

A mixture, the one I wish to delete was PAYG and now has no number associated with it. Of course it may just disappear when ee do some 'housekeeping'.

Resolved after EE contacted me to follow-up on original fault and agent was able to delete account. It 'may' have eventually disappeared on its own.
It was only a problem in that there is a circular bit of coding on the website that you get into if you click on an account number that has no number attached.
