I have Netflix included in my account but I’m unable to login

Did you get a text message from EE with an activation link for Netflix?

no it just shows on my account as an entertainment pass

Usually when that's added from our side, it initiates an automatic text message to be sent to your number with an activation link, @Freshoutlook.

If you didn't receive that, have a chat with our Mobile Care team and they'll do their best to get another sent to you.
