Why does the ee app constantly ask me to register a device when I'm already registered. It then won't let me into the app as I have not linked an account ???????

I can log in online, but it keeps asking to register an account or device, I put my phone number in and it says its already registered and the link is not available. My phone is what's registed and its a Samsung

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and help you to complete the setup of your account.
