If you are writing about the app, there is nothing wrong with it, you will need to uninstall and reinstall it and if you are still have problems, you will need to speak to customer service to get this sorted.

Have you been able to log in since you posted?
If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
