My re app won’t open

Just joined ee and downloaded myee app from App Store.  App opens with a blank green screen and nothing else.  Have tried deleting and re installing, turning phone off and on and still only get a blank green screen.  Any suggestions please?  (IPhone SE 5g)

Are you an apple user? Those of us on iPhones and iPads are having problems with the latest EE app not opening & just showing a green screen. EE are aware but hopefully it will get fixed soon.
