Not a code, just a message saying cannot complete the action. I've spoken to someone at EE who says it's an issue their end and they're working on fixing it. In the meantime I have managed to gift data by getting them to do it for me. However I haven't been able to use the app at all since switching to EE as can't get beyond this problem. Can't view my usage, bills or anything. I don't know how long this will take to fix.
