If you haven't used your PAYG SIM for a "long time" it has been completely deactivated & you've lost it for good.

Hi @vladlugan
Welcome to the community.
Could you give us a little more information about what has happened? Do you still have the SIM card? Is it active and working?

@vladlugan : Why was it removed from your a/c? Did you cancel your contract or had a PAYG SIM been deactivated thro' lack of use?
