My log in email is different to the one i use now cant get onto the the email

no . I  already have an email address when at BT.You have changed me over to EE,which is ok, but now I need an entry to be able to use my email

@tangomaos  EE don’t offer email addresses .  You can continue with the same BT email.  Nothing has changed apart from using EE instead of BT as your mobile carrier
