My account won’t let me see anything keeps asking to link account

I log in to my account but all I get is add device  

I put my mobile number in and says this is not the account manager when I’m the only owner and only have one account ?  And this  comes up too account holder and main  user for this number already exist.

I have been using the app 

but now I log in to app I get to the link page

I am a new we customer and I have the same issue. Every time I open the app it says link account. When I try to link it says it’s already linked. It then allows me to look at my account. When I close it and try and open again I have got to go through it all again.

Could you try clearing the cache & cookies, then let us know if the issue still happens please?
