My ee app not loading

Recently upgraded my phone.

When i log into the app it lets me put my pin in then comes up with a message saying lets get you set up.

I press continue and it just spins.

I've uninstalled app and reinstalled again and it starts working but once i come out again it stops working again.

I've got a full signal and have also done this over WiFi.

I've cleared the cache as well.

Any help would be great

I know how handy it is to have access to the app to manage your account.

Which model of phone have you upgraded to?

Are you able to get into your account by logging in through the EE website?

Hi there.
I can get into the ee website and check and manage my account fine.
Just seems to be the app that's not working for me.
I've uninstalled it now anyway.
