My bills and payments won't load

Since a new update my bills and payments won't load and the my EE app had another update and still don't work and I can't link my EE Broadband. I uninstalled  the app and reinstalled and cleared cache it still doesn't work.

I have a Google pixel 8 pro and I have the exact same problem. Can't get on to view and pay bills etc

Does this happen when you log in to both your EE app and EE online?

This is still a problem that is happening a year after being pointed out? I've never been able to view my bill information on the app, I have been paying my contract in person for the past two years almost. They keep telling me in store that it's easier to use the app, but clearly the app is just not being bothered with and looked into. I have been with EE since they were Orange, I have never had a complaint until this point but it just feels like nobody really cares about the customer

It just stays there on the blank screen with the loading circle of endless rotations. Every other part of the app loads perfectly, but not that bit. It's weird. I'm on a personal contract

Yes, I even just uninstalled and reinstalled the app to make sure, exact same problem
