Can you access your My EE account online through a web browser?
Could you try deleting the app and reinstalling this from your play/app store?

Yes I can log through the EE website
I Samsung 2 devices the 2 devices same

Could you delete the app again and search for the My EE app in your play store and follow the set up again, does the app show your details after doing this?

I have deleted the app and reinstal again and I did the setup as you said its still same issue too slow and not opening my page see the pictures please
