I can’t access my family’s account details and I really need to send my daughter data in university

Are you the account holder? in order to do this you need to be the account holder.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

Hi @Ayishat01,

Is your daughters number on the same billing account as the number you'd like to gift from?

Have you added your daughter's number to your My EE account?
