@Sw270591x  If you’re trying to purchase an item from the add to plan store you can’t as this item price is added to your monthly contract bill until paid.    The add to plan store is a perk of being an EE contract customer. 

If you’re trying to purchase a phone you don’t login as that then thinks you are already an EE customer.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
