So,  on the 16th of April, i called EE as i was getting multiple calls from random numbers saying i called them when i didnt. I called EE to report this and they said i could either change my number or block all the numbers i dont recognise. Frustrating but i get it. They then said on the phone that i pay £10 for 8gb data, unlimited texts and calls but for the same price i can get 20gb of data, texts and calls I agreed and set everything up. I went to access my account today (18th april) just to check this and it says my account is closed? I cant see anything, view any final bills. anything. Im confused. What can i do?

@Reece95 : I suspect that you were originally on PAYG with the £10 pack of 8GB data & when you phoned CS they offered you a £10 pm contract with 20GB data which you accepted. That would have closed your PAYG a/c.

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
