My EE web - slow / non responsive

Anyone else getting a { "code" : 500", "message" : "GatewayTimeout" ? The  my EE website/dashboard is really really slow/non responsive; have tried the, clear cache & cookies, routine!

Let's assume @354-  is still seeing the error!

I've observed serious problems of this nature with the EE website for MANY YEARS.

So I think it's pretty safe to say the problems have not "fixed themselves".

@Katie_B I appreciate there is a system you're following to give support, but the effect of you asking this question is to delay solving and fixing it.

If you have had an issue for a number of years now has this been flagged with our technical care team?

This could be a individual issue with your EE account.
