Hi @Deano07,

When you search for My EE in your app store (either the Apple App Store or Google Play), rather than searching your devices app list, you should see a manual update is available to download.

Can you see this update?

Hi James 

I have found it in Google Play and updated the app, but it just freezes every time I log into it..

I've tried using WiFi and mobile data, but neither seems to work..

Hi @Deano07,

If you allow a few second for the app to load, you should be able to login successfully.
