Just back from hols. Can't login to my account. When I get a password and pin reset the app is now telling me I am not the account holder 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Anyone experience this before?

You set the account up wrong initially. You need to log into your online account then go to Account Settings - manage number and change your access from user to bill payer.
If you cannot do this then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.
