New app update doesnt work

New update seems to have loads of problems loading up pages. I wait ages for it to load, then it's just a black screen. Try to reload, again, black screen. 

Why try to fix things that aren't broken? Trying to make your app look different has made it all go wrong. Well done ee!

Have you tried deleting the app then re-downloading?

I get an error message when trying to do things like gift data "sorry, we're unable to show all information".. etc and tells me to close the app and "come back in a bit".

I've cleared cache and data for the app and re logged-in. An app just needs to work, and this doesn't.

Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling? 

Can you access your details and gift data using your My EE account online through a web browser?
