Hello there,
I wonder is it possible to talk to any of the dev team? My online EE ID seems to be screwed. It's got two broadband accounts linked to it. Everytime I call 150 to remove the wrong one, they say they've done it, and wait 24 hours it'll be fixed. It never is!
My mobile account has eligibility for two more lines, yet online it says I have no eligibility!
The systems are clearly not talking to each other, and on the phone they only seem to be able to deal with issues with the actual account, not the online username account! HELP!!!!

@EddG Does your online account show the same as the app ?

Hi Chris,
the app is less functional. It only works for mobile. For broadband and or TV no chance.
