I have just switched our business phones to EE and I am trying to link my phone to the account. I tried twice online and it came up with an error "trouble linking account", tried texting 150 and got no response so text App to 150 and got the app downloaded on my phone. Tried again to link my phone and got the message that i had tried to many times to link my account so try again later????? Not the best first impression to be honest. Anybody any ideas? Thanks in advance

If you've reached the maximum attempts to link your mobile number, I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 so a member of the team can set it up for you. (Select option 2 when you call.)
