To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.
If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

I downloaded the new version of the app.but it says it under maintenance and doesn't work.please explain.

Can you try deleting the app then go your app/play store and search My EE, does this work for you? @Gib666

The app is still not working, I received an update this morning completed it and still the same 'app is being updated screen'
How long before it is working?
