To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.
If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

Have done what you suggested. Still have the maintenance screen. Can not access my EE app. What can I do now?

@Mandyp37have you tried deleting and reinstalling?
If you're on an Android, perhapy try clearing the My EE app's cache/data too.

I have done this and it hasn't fixed the problem. I'm using a Samsung phone. I have cleared the app cache and downloaded the update from the store. App still says it's being improved ....

Can you log into your My EE account online?
Did you delete the app from your Samsung phone then go to the app store search My EE and redownload?
