Mobile app has been down for days and can’t gift data

Are you able to login to My EE this morning?

What happens when you try to gift data?

There was a 92mb update yesterday for the my EE app. Now it won't open or ask for pin or password. 1 hour on the Indian sub Continent live chat yesterday, uninstall then re install,that didn't work so passed to another member of the same team who asked me to do exactly the same thing! Now have to wait up to  week for reports to be submitted and they'll get back to me.

Yes no problem online,just the my ee app. Thanks.

At least you can manage the data that way for now. Are you given any error messages when you try to use the app?

Android says possible bug.App keeps crashing. It's okay it'll be fixed soon hopefully.  Thanks again.
