What is wrong with it 

The old one was much easier to use and simple for moving data and checking accounts the new one takes ages to flip from screen to screen and you would think it was analogue like an old radio station tuning in rather than fast digital experience to what you already had EE DEFO GOING BACK OVER FOR THIS ONE . I hope this answers your question SIR

Could you try deleting and redownloading the app please? There was an update yesterday, hopefully you see an improvement.
