Hi,
Has this option to contact EE this way been removed?
I’ve tried on the app and on the website but still cannot get the message us button to appear.
is there a way to email them instead?

No, EE provide no email contact.

The option should appear in the Help tab of the EE App, but only for Pay Monthly Mobile (contract) customers.

I and some others have reported this, as we do not have it either, tried uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling the app to no avail, and yes on a pay monthly contract, not sure why this is still the same after months of reporting it, not that it matters to me, but it does for many customers.
