Hello, I’m a monthly subscription with ee and I can’t get on the message us tab

What happens when you try to start a chat at ee.co.uk/contact-ee?

It doesn’t give me the option to start a message, just says wait until someone is available but I’ve been waiting hours

I’ve used the message us thing loads of times just recently it’s not letting me, I can’t call because I’m at work so message us
