So I've got the "my ee" app on my mobile. It's a really pretty green colour with the ee badge. When I tap on the app it comes up and....just sits there.....doing......nothing.....sighhh.

Yep done that thanks for the info I clear my phone each night. Is it worth trying vodaphone 🤔

Yep done that too several times sighhh. It's good to know your all out there and can be bothered for me. I reckon the app is just down and being sorted at the "office" if you know what I mean. Ill just go and argue with the cat 🤣
