How do I add my discount code to my new plan

@CR751 if you’ve already got this tariff and are within 30 days of getting it you need to call customer support to have it applied.   Only a friends and family discount can be applied up to 6 months after getting the contract.  All other discount are up to 30 days after. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am assuming this is on a mobile plan as there is very little information in the original post.

This can now only be done in exceptional circumstances, or not at all, due to a policy change in regard to discount codes (including Perk and F&F) and their application.

Without being done at the point of sale, there is no way of ensuring the customer is on an eligible tariff for discounting.

All discount codes are to be used online only and at the point of sale and are not meant to be applied after the fact.

Your only route now is to call Customer Services on 150 and explain the situation in the hopes they can do it. They may have to reverse the plan and require you to place the order again in the correct manner, using your discount code on the item in your basket.
