I am currently unable to get into the EE app or into the manage my account section of the website. It has been like this for five days and I need to gift data.
On the app, it says "Sorry, there seems to be a problem..."
On the website it says "This service isn't working right now"
Can anyone help me

Welcome to the community,
If you are having problems with logging into the app and via the website, i would suggest ringing customer service and asking them to do an account refresh, make sure that you have the latest app and log-in again , that should work.
