Hi, I have the issue that the “Manage” tab does not always load up all the options and most of the time it just hangs blank with no info.
Once in a while it boots up correctly so I don’t think it’s an issue with my account.

Any ideas how to fix this behaviour?

Welcome to the community.
It is worth trying to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps get the manage section working.
If it is still the same, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call so they can check the account to make sure everything is as it should be, and if it is look into the app side of it and open a ticket if needed.
