Hello, I manage my sons phone from the ee app but over the last week I can’t turn data off, every time i do it the toggle just flips back to on when i return into it. Is there something wrong with the app?
I’ve tried on my computer but it just says something like ‘we can’t do this, we are working on fixing it’
bern like this for a week, teen son went to sleep last night at 5 am…need to turn it off!
can anyone help?

@EM190 Have you checked to see if there are any app updates ?
have you tried deleting the app and clearing the device history and cookies and then restarting the device then reinstalling the app and trying again,

I've tested here and the toggle has worked as expected within a short space of time.
It may be that temporary physical removal of the phone is another option if problems are as serious as you imply.

yes in an ideal world i would love to take the phone away from him but that is easier said than done with a determined teenager. the toggle just want stay off.

Can you restart your sons phone (when you get the chance!) then re-try toggling through the app?
