Hi everyone.
has anyone had an issue where your plan isn’t showing in your account on the app under “manage”… it keeps stating my number is already linked via EE ID but there’s still nothing showing to allow me to manage my plan? I’ve tried to reinstall the app and clear cookies etc but nothing is working.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to view your plan when accessing your account on the EE App.
Could you try logging in to your account on the EE website to see if your plan shows there? This will help confirm whether everything is linked correctly.
I'd recommend giving our team a call. They will be able to access your account to investigate this further and help get this sorted.
