Really annoying because in order to log into the EE app I have to re register & create a PIN on the normal website nearly every time…surely this is a bug ?

Hi @tintoforey,
This doesn't seem right. What is prompting you to re-register - is it showing an error message when you try to log in using your credentials?
Is it an Android or iPhone? On androids, you might find that clearing the app cache + data will help.

This doesn’t happen every time but it really shouldn’t happen at all.

It’s an iPad and it doesn’t happen all the time. When it does then I’ll take a screen shot of the sequence & post it on here.
