Trying to log in and altho I can do that when I try to do anything..i'm trying to upgrade, it tells me to register my device, when I put in my number it tells me my device is already registered to someone and won't let me do anything else
It sounds like your number has been registered to EE at some point in the past. If you contact our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove that account and help you register your number.
