Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

Live chat is defo not there tried the app and online, need to see why my sons iPad is £40 when should be 13£ and why my watch bill is 20£ when should be 7£ and doesn’t show my PlayStation either on the app so haven’t got a clue when they are finished paying with

Our messaging service is now available exclusively in the Help section of the EE app; have you checked to make sure that your app is fully up to date right now, or tried reinstalling it?
