How do  I go about cancel my contract and do I have to pay to do it

Is your contracting ending or has it already?

To cancel your account you will need to give us a call on 150. 

Depending on how long is remaining on your contract will depend on any termination fee.

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

If you are a pay monthly customer could you please confirm if you activated roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150?
