Hi, how comes there is no live chat function appearing? I need to speak to someone about my upgrade.
Please can I get some help?

@Marcdray log into your account and wait for a live chat window to pop up , live chat is only available if an agent is free to chat.

Thanks, I've been logged in for over an hour and nothing has popped up which isn't great

@Marcdray , that is because they are busy answering phone calls, which take priority over live chat. I rang them on Friday and it took no more than 10 minutes for someone to answer my call.

I just upgraded to a Pixel 7 but the new pixel 8 coming out on the 12 October. As a 14 day cooling period can I get the pixel 8 now ?
