Linking a separate EE sim only

Hi im trying to link my sons separate EE sim only to my EE account. Its telling me its done but nothing is showing. How do i fix it? At this point we dont even know what he gets with his sim only as have no way to see it, i dont know where its registered as get no emails either? Its been so long i cant remember, no chat bot function either 😞

Hi @Mya2166 

If you've followed the steps given by @XRaySpeX above, and it is showing the number is linked but you cannot see it, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides.

They'll be able to access your account and see if it is linked correctly, and if it isn't, help to get it linked for you.

@Mya2166 : Did he receive an OTP which you replied back to your a/c when you linked it? Until that is done the linking is not complete.

Let him text BAL to 150 to see what allowances he's got.

Yeah he got the OTP and linking apparently happened, but nothing has... 

 

I didnt reply back anything from his phone? He just gave me the code?

Which mobile nos. do you see on the home page of your a/c? It's a drop-down. His should be amongst them.

You needed to feed back the OTP to the linking operation. That's the whole point of the OTP to confirm that you really possess that no.

When you try to link a no. it should tell you it is sending an OTP to that no. & that you should input that no. into a box it is showing before you. Until you do that the no. is not linked.
