EE have been trying to link my accounts since April 2024, unsuccessfully even though i have done all as requested and provided 2 email addresses that they can use. Why is this so difficult for a tech firm to do?
its a simple request; when i open my App on my mobile phone i want to see the status of both accounts wher i click the appropriate i can, but its never worked for m tv and bb. as it always just report £0 balance
when will they fix this issue

I am sorry that it has taken so long for the accounts to be linked. When was it you last spoke to our tech guides about the account? What did they say to you at that point?
