Hi I was a bt customer, and have switched over to EE,What an absolute disaster I am so stressed I have been trying for at least 3 weeks even been into the store and computer says no all the time!

i simply need to link my Device and having children there is some security issues I need to do but can’t even do that .I am so dissatisfied with EE and quite frankly I wouldn’t recommend them

Please please can someone in ee help fix a bloody simple problem

I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your account and I can understand your frustration with this, if you have been trying for weeks and it not be resolved yet.

Have you spoken to our team over the phone about this as well?

Hi yes I have and been waiting for promised phone calls .
I was on the phone for over an hour the other day
