Trying to link new broadband to app. Followed instructions up until was asked to call 150. Did this and when through the normal questions and was told to expect an email with a link. That was 2 days ago still nothing. Anyone have a work around or do I have to go through it all again

The link you gave was useless.. just said about a high number of calls and tried to sell be something in the Black Friday deals !!
I raised a complaint 7 days ago. Was told someone would be in touch within 5 days …. Still nothing !! So I created another account with a different email so I can at least see my broadband bill and pay it instead of being charged another £8 for not paying. Hoping that I could merge the 2 accounts at some point. But looking at the questions about that seems that EE have trouble with that too. What a joke

The link provided by @Katie_B should have taken you directly to our Complaints Webform. Once filled in the team should get back to you within 7 days. If you have already opened a complaint over the phone though, you can call us and request this to be escalated to a team leader.
