I've had my services suspended about a week ago because I unfortunately got behind with my bill.
I was able to pay last month's bill in full, and over half of my recent bill but my services are still suspended.
I keep trying to pay the remaining balance online through the app, and also by calling the automated payline.
Despite many attempts using bank and credit cards to pay what I owe, payments keep getting rejected.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card to avoid the EE a/c site & app. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
