Your number may have age restrictions on the content. You can remove this by accessing your My EE App > Settings > Parental controls > Change Settings > selecting Adults (18+)

It is worth noting, if you are connected to Wi-Fi the restrictions may be associated with your Wi-Fi settings not mobile.
