I am a loyal customer but want a reduction to the advertised price plan. How do i go about this if there is no more EE live chat. I know that i'm going to be put onto a salesman for ages and i have better uses for my time.......

Log into your MyEE account when someone is available a live chat box will pop up.

@Monkeyman101 : Just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
