My EE Family

I've just setup my 2 kids with EE (via Uswitch), we are waiting for their numbers to port but then want to add them to my account which has myself and my wife already in there, so we can gift data if needed. I'm unsure about how (and when) to do this.

Do the kids need to register direct with MyEE themselves and then I add their numbers to my account? If so then do we need to wait until the number have ported or use the number that came on the SIM?

Thanks wise people.

@eglons : You add their nos. to your MyEE but wait until their nos. have ported.

Thanks, Am I right that they both need to register themselves with the MyEE app once their numbers are ported though?

Hi @eglons

You would all need to be on the same pay monthly account, which would have the one bill to be able to gift data. Is this what you have set up with Uswitch?

Who knows, I asked if they could match the uswitch deal via digital sales and they couldn't, said I should go via uswitch and then add the accounts to mine. Fun ahead I suspect!

Hi @eglons

If these are on separate accounts, please call us on 150 and the team can look into your options for merging the accounts.

Leanne.

Will do, I need them live and the numbers ported before I can do that. I'll not be happy if it can't be done though!
